1.Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Liaise with external auditors
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in an accounting role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  1. Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team.
  • Manage the office and its resources.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain files and records.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: SGD $2200-2500 per month

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday

Experience: No prior experience required, training will be provided
