Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistant | 1 Year Contract | Office Hours

Location: Town
Pay: $5,000 + Completion Bonus
Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily and monthly financial transactions and procedures
  • Check and allocate receipts, bank cash
  • Check, review, and input vendor invoices
  • Prepare payments for invoices and staff claims
  • Liaise with vendors/stakeholders for invoice and payment issues
  • Finalize CS stock movement report and margin report with Manager
  • Assist in month-end activities and yearly financial audit
