Accounts Assistant
Accounts Assistant | 1 Year Contract | Office Hours
Location: Town
Pay: $5,000 + Completion Bonus
Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily and monthly financial transactions and procedures
- Check and allocate receipts, bank cash
- Check, review, and input vendor invoices
- Prepare payments for invoices and staff claims
- Liaise with vendors/stakeholders for invoice and payment issues
- Finalize CS stock movement report and margin report with Manager
- Assist in month-end activities and yearly financial audit
