Positions Available:

Bread Baker

• Job Description:
  • Bake a variety of breads, including baguettes, sourdough, and focaccia, using traditional and modern techniques.
  • Proof and shape dough and operate ovens and other baking equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a bread baker.
  • Strong knowledge of bread-making techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Cake Baker

• Job Description:
  • Bake a variety of cakes, including cupcakes, pastries, and tarts, using traditional and modern techniques.
  • Decorate cakes with frosting, fondant, and other embellishments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a cake baker.
  • Strong knowledge of cake-making techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bread Apprentice

• Job Description:
  • Assist the bread baker with various tasks, including mixing, kneading, and shaping dough.
  • Operate ovens and other baking equipment under the supervision of the bread baker.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Requirements:
  • Strong interest in baking.
  • Willingness to learn and work hard.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
