Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously seek improvements to standardize and drive scalability in all Amazon Delivery Stations and Pick-Up Locations.
• Launch new last-mile products and features, managing large projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Drive under-the-roof and on-road metrics including safety, productivity, and quality.
• Complete site audits and review key operational processes across Singapore.
• Conduct deep dive analysis and present corrective actions for business reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Work with Business Intelligence teams to create robust reporting mechanisms for operational visibility.
• Be accountable for meeting and exceeding operational goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics for improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder management across various levels of the organization.
• Experience in building processes, project management, and schedules.
