We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Exchange Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the design of functional modules for blockchain exchange trading. Work from Home. ideal candidate should have substantial experience in product development.  Work must be delivered on time.

Responsibilities:
As a Blockchain Exchange Product Designer, your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the design of blockchain exchange trading functional modules to ensure product features meet quality user experience standards.
• Conducting experience-driven design projects to validate and resolve product issues from the user’s perspective.
• Collaborating across departments with product and engineering teams to align design, product, and business goals.
• Working with other design teams to produce coordinated design solutions.
• Conducting user research and leveraging customer insights for driving design solutions.
• Developing strong rationale for design decisions and articulating perspectives effectively.

Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in customer product design, with 1-2 years in blockchain exchange design.
• Experience in designing blockchain future, spot, etc.
• Ability to independently manage the product design process and optimize launched product modules continuously.
• Proficiency in data analysis and applying common data metrics for design optimization.
• Ability to identify problems and organize research, design, and collaboration processes.
• Adaptability to the fast-paced environment of a startup team and quick adjustment to product development timelines.

Nice to have:
In addition, it would be advantageous if you possess:

• Good communication and writing skills in English.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with quick delivery and iteration cycles.
• Experience in WFH (Work From Home) environments.
